Russian Spy Poisoned

A reported former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in the U.K. were recently poisoned, and Theresa May is saying that it is "highly likely that Moscow is behind the attack." The chemical used in the attack, May said, has been identified as one of a group of nerve agents known as Novichok. In response to this, May has announced that 23 Russian diplomats will be expelled from the country, the biggest Russian expulsion in over 30 years.
