Yemen's Humanitarian Crisis

Resulting from failed transition of power, a civil war between the Yemenis government and the Houthi Rebels has been raging for the past 2.5 years. In 2017 the number of Yemenis people on the brink of starvation reached 8.4 million and the number of people without access to safe drinking water reached 16 million. A Saudi Arabia led coalition blocks crucial goods from entering the country, creating the world's largest humanitarian crisis.
